Our staff has experience providing both security and emergency management support specializing in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defense with demonstrated success in management, instruction, and technical positions.

MANAGEMENT
·  Managed the Headquarters Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) CBRN programs to include the Emergency  Management response and wartime CBRN defense programs (43,000 personnel).
·  Provided on site support to HQ PACAF reviewing operational requirement documents (ORDs), developing C-CBRN policy with a focus on chemical and biological defense.
·  Coordinated with HQ PACAF, base, and Air Staff agencies, developing budgets, training plans, and evaluating IG inspection results.
·  Supervised numerous personnel throughout my career including discipline and evaluation.
·  Managed Major Command and Installation Chemical & Biological funding requirements. 

INSTRUCTION
·  Instructed Department of Defense and Civilian senior leaders in all phases of crisis and consequence management to include major accidents, natural disasters, and CBRN events.
·  Established, administered, and conducted numerous classes in CBRN defense, contamination control, shelter management, emergency response to terrorism, and disaster control group training to over 30,000 federal, state, and local emergency responders.
·  Provided and managed realistic training through combined classroom lecture and field training exercises using explosives and smoke grenades to ensure students could respond efficiently and effectively in a stress-filled environment.
·  Developed and implemented technical training and information programs for emergency response personnel nationwide supporting the Domestic Preparedness Programs originally sponsored by the Department of Justice (DOJ).


TECHNICAL
·  Developed peacetime and wartime CBRN inspection criteria for Air Force Installations.
·  Oversaw the development of Air Force policies, concepts of operation, plans and technical operational guidance for CBRN response, preparedness, and mitigation.
·  Reviewed and provided comments on Operational Requirements Documents (ORD) for proposed chemical and biological detection, decontamination, and protection equipment.
·  Developed Incident Commander checklists for major accident responses along with pre-, trans- and post-attack checklists for emergency first responders.
·  Responded to numerous major accidents, natural disasters, and suspicious packages including aircraft crashes, hurricanes, and bomb threats.
·  Provided operational CBRN planning and programming support to the Air Force Research Laboratory, Human Effects Division, at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
